Travel to Goa, India
✈️ Land in Goa
The most convenient way to travel to Goa is by air, as there are two airports available: Dabolim Airport (GOI) and Manohar Airport (GOA).
If you're coming from France, Dabolim Airport is the more likely landing destination.
For those who are traveling from other countries and exploring other cities before the wedding, flying into Goa through either of the two airports is also an option.
On October 25, the day of the event, group airport shuttles will be provided for guests staying at the resort.
As the venue is on an island, a ferry ride is part of the journey to access the resort across the river.
Accommodation
The entire two-day event will be hosted at Mercure Devaaya, a lovely resort on Divar Island, Goa.
To ensure everyone can stay together conveniently, we're arranging rooms for all attendees.
We kindly request a contribution of €50 per person for the two nights.
If you choose to stay at the resort, here are the benefits:
- Inclusive breakfast and lunch.
- Group airport shuttle service.
- Complimentary access to the swimming pool and gymnasium (appropriate attire required).
- 15% discount on spa usage.
However, please feel free to let us know if you prefer to make your own accommodation arrangements.
Registry
Embarking on a lengthy and costly journey to join us for our wedding is already a generous gesture.
Additionally, as we won't be able to bring gifts back to France, we kindly request that you refrain from spending on a gift.
Your presence at this special moment is the most cherished gift for us.
If you really insist on contributing, you can consider participating in our future honeymoon trip through the provided link.
Our Story
In 2018, Alexis and Karen's love story kicked off during the Football World Cup Finals. France won the cup, and they won each other's hearts. They connected over their shared passion for cooking and sense of humor. However, when it comes to dancing, Karen's got the moves, while Alexis... well, let's say he's got his own unique groove.
Fast forward to July 2023, Alexis proposed to Karen. With a joyful "yes", they decided to take on the adventure of marriage, proving that even if their dance moves don't sync, their love story sure does!
